Shipping & Returns
Usually, we ship orders within 24 hours from the time order was placed, except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. In a situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond 48 hours, the customer will be intimated regarding the delay.
Once the order is shipped we inform the customer with the tracking details. The customer can track all the orders as per details messaged by our Logistic partner.
Dispatch: Deliveries are done across India within 7 - 10 Working Days. Please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep update you during such events.
Shipping Charges: All prices are inclusive of GST. In the case whether the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and the customers will know about this before making payment.
Packaging & Handling Charges: We got it covered & there are no additional charges
Returns: Currently we don’t have any return policy. In case the package was damaged during the shipping process, please provide clear photos and details. We would need pictures of the outer carton & damaged products to validate the complaint.

The damage of the product will be considered only if there is damage to the product not packaging.
